What is the green social prescribing movement?
The green prescribing movement uses nature based activities to contribute towards improved mental and physical health.
To continue the growth and care that Sage contributes to our local communities, we’re very excited to welcome our new director, Paula. With over 30 years within the charity sector, providing services that include nature based activities, art and food to support the wellbeing of local communities – everything we love here at Sage!
Sage will continue to keep doing what we’re doing and add solace for the lives of many individuals. We hope to expand our groups to fulfill our waiting lists with the help of our supporters, volunteers, trustees, workers and members of the community. However, this does not come with a lack of challenges from donations and funders to keep Sage going.

Through our coalescence, a holistic approach to wellness will continue to prosper. We’re very happy for Paula to integrate her experience into the charity. If you’d like to get to know Paula more, click on the button below to read her bio.Â
