This is Us: 'Growing Together Partnership' Year 2 is confirmed

The South Yorkshire ICB has awarded the 2nd year of funding for a number of community organisations to provide opportunities to improve residents health through providing opportunities that encourage an active lifestyle and access to nature/outdoors. The ‘Growing Together Partnership’ includes Sage Greenfingers, Green City Action, Oasis Flourish, Hope Allotments, Friends of Firth Park Community Allotments with support from SOAR community.
